Well, I just am so excited to share these!!! It was such a fun wedding and we could not have asked for a better couples for our first wedding. And did you catch that I said “we”! Dru joined me for the first time as my assistant and second shooter. We went into this knowing it was a trial run. Now I can’t imagine doing a wedding without him. We are very complementary personalities which can work to our advantage. Other times it can be frustrating that we are sooooo different. No joke guys we have often talked about how we need to start a list of all of the ways we are exact opposites. But then we realize we would end up writing a book.

We just loved working with Olivia and Chayton. From the first meeting for coffee to talk details to saying goodbye at the end of the night. They are just the sweetest! One of the most memorable parts was when I had to ask Chayton to take his eyes off Olivia so I could get a few photos of him looking. He was just so in love and she looked so beautiful he could have looked at her forever. It was also so special to capture a small moment when Chayton played a special song to Olivia. Chayton had secretly been practicing his violin in the months leading up to the wedding.

You know in a movie when they show a couple in love and the world around them just fades away. Even with all the hustle and bustle of a wedding day you could just tell there were moments in the day where Olivia and Chayton had eyes only for each other and everything else just faded away. It is so important to have these moments with everything going on make sure to be present. And remember this is your day and its about your love so make sure to focus on the reason you are there, the person standing across from you.
